## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the data foundation that will power the entire company.
- Support the data needs of stakeholders across every function at the company, ranging from product metrics, commercial/client reporting, to internal financial and operating metrics.
- Build the Operating Scorecard and management dashboards for business performance visibility and one source of truth.
- Partner with Analytics Engineer to validate pipelines and metric definitions.
- Turn messy datasets into actionable answers.
- Build and adopt AI-powered tools and workflows to make FinOps faster and more efficient.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (CS, statistics, applied math, or similar) with meaningful programming experience.
- 3-5 years in a data, analytics, or finance/ops role.
- Strong SQL and Python (or similar language).
- Comfort with messy, real-world data and a desire to dig in as a truth seeker.
- Executive presence to represent senior leaders in cross-functional discussions.
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and eagerness to use them to eliminate manual work.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Experience in healthcare or healthtech.
- Track record of ramping quickly into new tools.
