## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Source and curate a pipeline of disruptive ideas, using first-principles thinking to identify high-potential opportunities and pitch them for activation as Labs projects.
- Pressure-test assumptions about market feedback, technical feasibility, and strategic fit to prune weak ideas or transition validated concepts into execution.
- Use AI capabilities and rapid mock-ups to turn abstract concepts into tangible, interactive experiences for executives and customers.
- Build relationships with decision-makers at Fortune 500 customers to create feedback loops, validate radical ideas, and shape disruptive concepts.

## Requirements

- Hands-on startup experience and a proven record of building and launching B2B software products from scratch as a founder, co-founder, founder's associate, or intrapreneurial product manager.
- Ability to bring abstract concepts to life with cross-functional teams and rally teams behind a shared vision.
- Strong trend acumen and technical literacy, including empathy for software architecture.
- Comfort with radical ambiguity and unstructured, rapidly changing environments.
- Bias for action, high agency, and a demonstrated ability to create momentum.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, including C-level relationship building in both English and German.
- Resilience and intellectual honesty, using data to test assumptions and treating customer feedback as a guide.
