## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads from website, ads, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial conversations to qualify leads based on financial needs.
- Schedule appointments for sales team with qualified prospects.
- Re-engage warm leads who expressed interest but haven't booked.
- Maintain accurate records in **Salesforce** and **Outreach**, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead quality feedback.
- Track performance metrics like call volume, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates.
- Identify upsell opportunities and enhance client relationships.

## Requirements
- 1-3 years in sales, business development, or client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with **CRM** tools like **Salesforce** and **Outreach**.
- Interest in financial services or wealth management.
- **SIE**, **Series 7**, **Series 65**, **Series 66**, **CFP** or similar designations.
