## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs that are high-stakes, high-impact, and highly visible.
- Translate ambiguous company priorities into program strategies, milestones, decision paths, and execution plans.
- Own cross-functional strategic projects and programs end to end.
- Identify program risks, dependencies, and changing circumstances, and partner with stakeholders to mitigate issues.
- Develop compelling narratives and communicate them to build buy-in, adoption, and results.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accountability, accelerate progress, and solve scaling challenges.
- Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve program management workflows, decision-making, communication, and team effectiveness.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, and/or consulting.
- Exceptional problem-solving and program management skills.
- Experience improving cross-functional operations and scaling systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-suite and senior leaders.
- Proven success in highly cross-functional, influence-without-authority environments.
- Ability to manage change and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Strong planning, prioritization, risk identification, and multi-workstream management skills.
- Eagerness to use AI to improve efficiency.

## Nice to Have
- MBA.
- PMP certification.
- Fintech experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $138,000–$190,000 annually.
