> The Solutions Engineer partners with sales and enterprise customers to architect integrations, demonstrate an AI voice platform, and develop scalable enablement, self-service, and productized solutions. The role requires strong Python and software architecture skills, customer empathy, and excellent communication.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospects to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate the platform’s value.
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Build self-service tools and documentation to help customers implement solutions independently.
- Identify common integration patterns and partner with product teams to productize them.

## Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Enjoyment of direct customer collaboration and tailored technical support.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
- Strong technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects.
- Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
