## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Research candidate markets, gather competitive intelligence, and develop compelling outreach to source candidates for open positions.
- Build qualified talent pipelines across company groups.
- Monitor and cultivate candidate pipelines, including inbound applicants and proactive sourcing outreach.
- Provide a positive candidate experience regardless of the hiring outcome.
- As responsibilities expand, drive the full recruiting cycle from opening a role through resume and interview feedback, debrief discussions, and candidate closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, candidate profiles, search parameters, and closing strategies.
- Create role descriptions and outreach campaigns to market positions effectively.
- Conduct initial recruiter screens and improve recruiting KPIs and funnel conversion metrics.

## Requirements
- Professional experience in a prospecting or quota-based role, such as sales development, recruiting, sourcing, talent qualification, or sales lead generation.
- Experience ideally within a SaaS startup, recruiting agency, or sales team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build authentic, professional relationships.
- Organized, results-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Conscientious and diligent about results and following through on commitments.
- Eagerness to build a career in talent acquisition.

## Nice to Have
- Experience using a CRM or applicant tracking system.

## Compensation
- Salary range: **$70,000–$100,000 USD**.
- Individual pay depends on role level, relevant experience and skills, and location.
