## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead foundational enablement webinars independently across a wide range of topics.
- Deliver customized, high-engagement technical training tailored to customer goals and topics while maintaining strong customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify, update, and iterate on foundational enablement content as customer needs and platform capabilities evolve.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Enablement Manager leadership to scope and position enablement services aligned with customer priorities and adoption goals.
- Mentor new hires on enablement delivery and customer engagement best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Services to provide actionable feedback that improves product features and enablement offerings.
- Deliver internal enablement for Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and other technical teams.
- Own and improve a recurring in-person foundational enablement event.
- Contribute annually to at least two team Objectives and Key Results efforts.
- Stay current on observability concepts, industry trends, and DevOps practices.
- Lead at least one field workshop annually or serve as a teaching assistant across multiple topics.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience as a technical trainer or enablement professional in cloud-native or observability environments.
- Strong foundation in observability, monitoring, or cloud-native technologies, with the ability to develop expertise across infrastructure, logs, application performance monitoring, and additional product areas.
- Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with automation and development tooling, scripting, CI/CD, containerization, configuration management, and DevSecOps practices.
- Expert presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to practitioners and executives.
- Proven success driving high customer satisfaction across customer training engagements.
- Experience creating or updating enablement content.
- Professional judgment in solving diverse problems and managing customer interactions.
- Mentoring experience or a strong interest in supporting peers and new hires.
- At least one relevant industry certification, such as AWS or Kubernetes.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
