## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, supporting retention, growth, and optimization.
- Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations with strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
- Secure availability during high-compression dates to help hosts maximize revenue.
- Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, and channel their feedback to internal teams.
- Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities that increase bookings and host success.
- Build long-term host relationships and provide ongoing, tailored support.
- Support Market Managers with webinars and scaled email education programs.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Experience managing a book of business and driving engagement and growth through proactive account management.
- Goal-driven, persistent, and action-oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person channels.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly leads and opportunities.
- Fluency in Italian and English.

## Nice to Have
- 2+ years of hospitality or travel industry experience.
- Salesforce experience.

## Compensation
- Annual base pay range: €40,000–€46,000 EUR.
- May also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and employee travel credits.
