## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Launch Oscilar’s marketing presence across LATAM and EMEA from zero.
- Plan and execute regional growth marketing across outbound campaigns, paid acquisition, webinars, conferences, trade shows, meetups, executive roundtables, dinners, and field events.
- Build segmented outbound plays by market, persona, and account tier using regional account lists, intent data, market research, and local knowledge.
- Localize messaging, campaign assets, creative, landing pages, and value propositions for regional audiences and buying behaviors.
- Partner with BDRs and Sales on outbound strategy, follow-up workflows, pipeline generation, and account penetration.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, targeting, budgets, and ongoing A/B testing.
- Identify region-specific acquisition channels and co-marketing opportunities with partners, integrators, and industry groups.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and report pipeline contribution by market.
- Build a repeatable international growth playbook.

## Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation marketing.
- Experience launching marketing programs in new regions or markets without an existing playbook.
- Hands-on experience across outbound, paid acquisition, and events.
- Track record of generating pipeline in international markets.
- Experience with modern growth tools such as Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, Cargo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Framer, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to build landing pages, set up outbound sequences, launch paid campaigns, and organize webinars.
- Ability to manage multiple markets and campaigns in parallel.
- Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred. Additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with business culture and buying behavior in LATAM and/or EMEA.
- Ability to localize messaging beyond direct translation.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete data.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience marketing to financial institutions or regulated industries in LATAM or EMEA.
- Experience at a company in the $5M–$50M ARR scaling phase.
- Experience running regional webinar programs or field events across multiple countries.
- Experience building outbound campaigns in non-English-speaking markets.
- Familiarity with GDPR, LGPD, or other regional data privacy regulations.
