## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Configure Risk Cloud applications and custom workflows based on documented customer requirements and project plans.
- Track and log project time accurately across engagements.
- Communicate project progress, blockers, and status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in and lead customer-facing working sessions alongside senior team members.
- Capture customer requirements and produce clear configuration documentation.
- Use AI-assisted tools and automated utilities to draft documentation, summarize meeting notes, and improve task execution.
- Complete platform certifications and functional training modules.
- Develop competency in GRC concepts, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Travel as needed for customer on-site engagements, team planning workshops, and company gatherings.

## Requirements
- 2 years of experience in professional services, technical implementation, SaaS support, or consulting, or a relevant degree with demonstrated interest in enterprise SaaS and risk management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document requirements accurately, track commitments, and ask clarifying questions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to develop expertise in Risk Cloud configuration, platform mechanics, and GRC standards.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools for research, organizing project inputs, summarizing requirements, and improving operational efficiency.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Coursework, internship experience, or exposure to GRC, risk management, internal audit, or regulatory compliance.
- Experience configuring, supporting, or administering enterprise cloud applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, or comparable software.
- Experience participating in structured customer project engagements with defined scopes, timelines, and deliverable handoffs.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
