## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own strategy and execution for ChowNow's Marketing Agent domain.
- Evolve marketing products from requiring restaurant owners to configure campaigns into products that propose, run, and measure campaigns for them.
- Own campaign creation and automation across email and SMS.
- Own the diner database and consent model, making restaurant-owned diner relationships usable.
- Build the agentic layer that turns restaurant data into marketing actions without adding work for restaurant owners.
- Establish company standards for marketing measurement and incrementality.
- Drive product activation and adoption.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of products from problem definition through launch.
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle or campaign products, including email, SMS, CRM, automation, or segmentation products that you shipped and operated.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or agent-based products.
- Working fluency in SQL and product analytics, with the ability to pull and interpret data independently.
- Experience owning metrics where attribution was contested and defending a measurement approach to stakeholders.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Expected base salary: **$158,00 - $200,000**, depending on candidate location and experience.
