- Build the workspace where users understand, direct, and trust their agents.
- Develop infrastructure for agents to create usable applications such as trackers, dashboards, and tools.
- Own evaluation, error handling, and reliability systems for production agent output.
- Make architecture decisions involving speed, reliability, cost, build versus buy, and human versus AI responsibilities.
- Rapidly prototype features, then harden successful concepts with tests, edge-case handling, and reliability improvements.
- Use AI tools and specialized agents to accelerate implementation.
- Recruit and shape the early engineering team.
- Work closely with the GM and contribute strong product and UX opinions.

## Requirements

- Depth in at least one of LLM application design and production AI reliability, real-time data infrastructure, or developer-facing products and internal tooling.
- Strong product judgment and ability to connect technical decisions to user and business outcomes.
- Comfort working quickly in ambiguous environments and transitioning prototypes into reliable production systems.
- Clear technical communication skills.
- Ability to leverage AI agents as a force multiplier.
- Interest in messaging applications, productivity tools, or AI applications.

## Nice-to-haves
- Go experience.
- Experience building AI products, productivity tools, or chat applications.
- Experience building consumer-facing productivity or messaging applications at scale.
- Familiarity with AI and productivity product landscapes.
- Experience with LLM evaluations, hallucination mitigation, or production AI reliability at scale.
- Experience with real-time streaming architectures and event-driven systems.
- Public portfolio including open-source projects, papers, blog posts, or side projects.
- Full-stack experience spanning backend services and frontend UX.

## Compensation
