## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for engineering and research roles across EMEA.
- Build outbound-first pipelines through advanced research, talent mapping across frontier labs and academia, referrals, AI-assisted automation, and creative outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers and engineers to calibrate candidate profiles and sharpen hiring standards.
- Serve as candidates’ first introduction to Perplexity by communicating its mission, product, and culture.
- Track and analyze pipeline data to improve sourcing strategy.
- Build recruiting tooling where off-the-shelf solutions are insufficient.
- Operate effectively amid shifting priorities, hard-to-fill roles, new hiring areas, and compressed timelines.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- A sourcing-first track record filling difficult roles through outbound recruiting and talent mapping.
- Strong technical literacy and the ability to hold credible conversations with senior engineers.
- An eagerness to adopt AI tools, automate workflows, and experiment with AI-assisted recruiting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and an impact-oriented approach.
