## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Engineering
- Collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to deliver customer-benefiting features, including testing, documentation, and release processes.
- Advise on optimal implementations and help prioritize based on customer feedback.

### Customer Success
- Resolve complex issues, provide guidance and best practices.
- Enable Support and Success teams with documentation and visibility.
- Conduct application architecture assessments, database optimization, and proactive scaling support.
- Champion platform feedback and communicate roadmaps.

## Preferred Experience

- 6+ years in Database Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Solution Architecture, or similar.
- Strong relational database expertise (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Web development background (Python, TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks like React/Vue/Svelte, Node.js).
- Excellent technical communication skills.
- Experience with HubSpot, BigQuery, project management, and cross-team work.
- Proven customer-facing technical engagements.
