## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and manage pipelines of high-quality Product Management talent through creative sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Track and analyze funnel metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Advise Product recruiters and hiring managers on hiring strategy, talent markets, and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with EPD recruiters and recruiting operations to drive consistency, share insights, and refine recruiting playbooks.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
- Creative sourcing experience across multiple platforms and channels.
- Proven success partnering with senior Product Management or Engineering leaders on niche and challenging searches.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple parallel searches.
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Candidate-first philosophy that balances speed, quality, and experience.

## Nice to Have
- Fluency in Product Management disciplines, including consumer, platform, growth, infrastructure, or API products.
- Experience with long-term networking strategies, such as hosting events, dinners, and conference strategies.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $121,920–$190,000.
- Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission, depending on the position offered.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
