## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end on an AI Products team, such as Product Footprints or AI Platform.
- Design and ship complex AI products, including data models and systems, prompts and evaluations, and user interfaces.
- Drive deep discovery to uncover product opportunities.
- Use customer feedback and product analytics to iterate quickly and improve product and business metrics.
- Build product vision and strategy.
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams to execute and understand customer needs.
- Leverage AI throughout the design process and in the product itself.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing software, preferably at enterprise software companies or in technical or complex problem spaces.
- Experience with systems thinking and rapid 0-to-1 product building.
- Track record of shipping powerful, intuitive product experiences.
- Strong design process, interaction design craft, and attention to visual polish.
- Experience shipping AI products and using AI tools for discovery, synthesis, and design execution.
- Customer-focused and comfortable spending time with users and prospects.
- Enthusiasm for product and business ownership.
- Willingness to work from an office 4 days per week.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in sustainability or supply chain domains.
- Climate-sector experience is not required.
