## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify and build AI-powered tools to help provider growth associates prioritize providers, optimize outreach, and improve conversion.
- Deliver proactive strategic analysis on funnel trends, pipeline health, and cohort performance; own initiatives that turn insights into action.
- Support weekly business reviews and executive operating cadences with analytical inputs and data-driven recommendations.
- Build self-service tools that enable sales leaders to answer performance questions.

## Requirements
- Applied AI tools to solve operational problems.
- Ability to scope ambiguous problems, structure analyses, and guide stakeholders toward decisions.
- Strong analytical capabilities in data modeling, trend diagnosis, and forecasting.
- 3–6 years of experience in strategy, sales operations, or analytics at a growth-stage company.

## Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a high-velocity sales team.
- SQL knowledge.

## Compensation
- Base pay range: $105,400–$155,000 annually.
- May be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant.
