## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain **Go-based data pipelines** powering growth analytics, from event ingestion through reliable reporting.
- Audit martech integrations, identify underperforming or redundant tooling, and replace or retire it when appropriate.
- Architect and ship experimentation infrastructure for clean A/B tests and accurate measurement.
- Ship full-stack growth features in **Go** and **TypeScript**, owning backend services through frontend implementation.
- Apply ML to personalization, predictive modeling, and experiment analysis, taking systems into production.
- Review experiment designs and code from other growth engineers.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate development and raise the team’s engineering standards.

## Requirements
- **10+ years** of experience spanning full-stack development, data and analytics infrastructure, and martech systems.
- Production-level expertise in **Golang** and **TypeScript**.
- Experience designing and operating production analytics and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping production ML systems.
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment, including refactor-versus-rewrite decisions.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development.
- Experience setting technical direction for a growth or data team under ambiguity and limited oversight.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with a marketplace, fintech, or scaled consumer product.
- Familiarity with prediction markets, financial products, or real-time data systems.
- People management experience.
