## Job Description

- Build purchasing-card experiences for critical-vendor and operational-spend workflows.
- Connect issuance, authorizations, controls, servicing, and economics into one strategy.
- Use AI to monitor program health, anticipate issues, prevent avoidable declines, and automate routine servicing.
- Align Card Infrastructure, Spend Provisioning, Risk, Operations, Engineering, Design, and GTM on cross-stack execution.
- Grow the portfolio while maintaining authorization performance, reliability, economics, and customer trust.
- Own card volume, recurring revenue, authorization performance, reliability, and workflow adoption.

## Requirements

- Exceptional quantitative judgment across cohort, portfolio, behavioral, and economic metrics.
- Material impact on payment volume, transactions, revenue, balances, or another scaled metric.
- Strong systems thinking across infrastructure, operations, economics, and customer experience.

- Ability to lead multiple workstreams without reducing strategy to a feature roadmap.
