## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer businesses and Deepgram’s product offerings.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope, build, and ship AI agents handling thousands of customer interactions daily.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise stakeholders.
- Deliver complex AI solutions across enterprise deployments.
- Monitor performance, adoption, and feedback from live deployments.
- Translate field insights into actionable product requirements for engineering and AI teams.
- Define and refine ROI metrics that support expansion deals.
- Manage corporate relationships, anticipate and resolve issues, de-escalate problems, and build confidence with customer decision-makers.
- Spend time in stores to understand operations and customer experiences.

- Product-management mindset and ability to work effectively with engineers.
- Ability to learn quickly, work beyond role boundaries, thrive in ambiguity, and take initiative.

- Experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail, or field operations.
- Early-stage startup experience.
- Exposure to data labeling, product operations, or implementation at technology companies.
- Consulting or entrepreneurial experience.
