## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the recruiting technology stack, including ATS, sourcing, scheduling, and assessment tools; configure integrations and manage vendors.
- Design and continuously improve the hiring workflow from requisition approval and intake through sourcing, coordination, offer, and close.
- Build recruiting analytics and reporting covering pipeline health, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring forecasts.
- Establish data hygiene and reporting standards, and partner with Finance and People on headcount planning and requisition management.
- Identify, implement, and measure AI-powered recruiting automation with appropriate guardrails and human review.
- Test sourcing approaches, interview structures, and automations to improve hiring quality and efficiency.
- Lead interviewer training, structured interview rollout, and consistency programs.
- Establish dashboards, weekly reporting, QBR inputs, and adoption practices for recruiting processes.
- Own candidate experience operations, including scheduling SLAs, communication cadences, and feedback loops.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent operations, People Operations, business operations, or analytics, including experience scaling a function at a high-growth company.
- Hands-on ATS administration and workflow-building experience, ideally with Ashby.
- Strong analytical skills, including recruiting data ownership, dashboard development, and funnel-metric analysis.
- Experience building internal tools, automations, prompt libraries, or workflow experiments.
- Track record of converting manual processes into scalable, documented, and adopted workflows.
- Experience implementing AI-powered recruiting automation.
- Sound judgment regarding automation, process redesign, and simplicity.
- Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, Finance, People, and Data stakeholders.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and taking initiative.

## Compensation
- Salary range: $120,000–$150,000 USD annually.
