## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire marketing leaders, growth marketers, product marketers, brand strategists, and communications professionals
- Partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy
- Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized marketing talent across B2B, enterprise SaaS, and technical product marketing
- Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and alignment with Applied's values
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill to help problem-solve bottlenecks and support hiring velocity

## Requirements
- BS in Business Marketing, Economics, management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing recruiting, with a strong track record hiring marketing leaders, growth marketers, product marketers, or other specialized marketing talent
- Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
- Familiarity with marketing talent markets and competitive dynamics

## Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical product marketing roles
- Experience hiring marketing professionals in a startup or hypergrowth environment
- Experience recruiting for automotive, trucking, construction, mining, or defense domains

## Compensation
- Base salary range: $154,000 - $209,000 USD annually
- Equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units
