## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build successful client relationships across an assigned territory in collaboration with Account Executives and Senior Solutions Architects.
- Lead hands-on evaluations, including Spark programming, cloud integrations, and third-party application integrations.
- Engage customers and the technical community through workshops, seminars, and meetups.
- Advise customers on big data analytics architecture and design.
- Author reference architectures, how-to guides, and demo applications.
- Develop technical and pre-sales skills toward independently operating as a Solutions Architect.

## Requirements
- Experience working with clients, developing narratives, answering customer questions, aligning agendas, and achieving tangible outcomes.
- Ability to independently deliver technical propositions, identify customer pain points, and explain business value.
- Proficiency in a core programming language such as Python or SQL.
- Knowledge of a big data analytics domain, including exposure to advanced proofs of concept.
- Understanding of a major public cloud platform.
- Experience with solution architecture and data engineering.
