## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own technical enablement for Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and technical audiences across the organization, defining technical readiness for each role and building programs to achieve it.
- Design, build, and deliver technical learning paths, hands-on labs, certifications, assessments, and supporting enablement materials.
- Deliver technical onboarding for new hires to build product proficiency quickly, with clear milestones, practice, and validation.
- Run live workshops, office hours, deep-dive sessions, and hands-on training to deepen product and technical expertise.
- Own technical release readiness for new products, features, and changes, including major launches such as Email Security.
- Identify readiness gaps across SE and CS teams and build programs, coaching, and reinforcement to measurably improve proficiency.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to capture knowledge and keep training content accurate.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences for different audiences and skill levels.
- Leverage AI tools, simulations, and role-play scenarios to scale practice, coaching, and readiness validation.
- Use feedback, assessments, certifications, and participation data to measure impact and continuously improve programs.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, technical training, sales engineering enablement, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to go deep on complex products.
- Demonstrated success creating technical learning content such as hands-on labs, certifications, assessments, workshops, and onboarding programs, and delivering it live with energy and credibility.
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts and teach them clearly, practically, and engagingly.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or subject matter experts.
- Experience using data (assessments, certifications, engagement, field performance) to identify gaps and demonstrate impact.
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to build, scale, and deliver learning experiences.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities and products evolve quickly.
- Thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, trust and safety, or enterprise software.
