## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Oversee the roadmap and lifecycle of assigned products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
- Manage development cycles
- Evaluate product performance

## Qualifications
- Product Management skills, including roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and product lifecycle management
- Market Research and User Research skills to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Strong Communication and Collaboration abilities to work effectively with engineering, design, and business teams
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and create efficient solutions
- Experience in SaaS, AI technology, or hospitality software (plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

## Compensation
- $200,000 - $260,000 Cash + Equity + Bonus
