## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting processes for Business and Go-to-Market teams across EMEA.
- Partner with business stakeholders and executives, primarily across EMEA.
- Source candidates and manage inbound pipelines while building representative talent pipelines.
- Use recruiting data to shape hiring strategies and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop sourcing strategies for passive talent through cold outreach, events, and content production.
- Contribute to business improvement and broader hiring strategy initiatives.
- Lead initiatives related to belonging, equity, and inclusion (BEI).
- Champion company values throughout the recruiting process.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth business with an EMEA presence.
- Experience partnering with VP-level stakeholders.
- Understanding of the SaaS and scaling technology landscape, including competitors and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and excite top talent.
- Sophisticated approach to sourcing, representative talent attraction, and stakeholder management.
- Native or fluent French.

## Nice to Have
- Direct experience at a SaaS company.
- Fluency in German.
