## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own inbound requests from sales and marketing, including routing changes, account movement, commission fixes, form and campaign setup, event operations, and reporting requests.
- Maintain HubSpot data hygiene so reporting and routing logic remain reliable as the team scales.
- Monitor and fix workflow and integration issues across HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, QuotaPath, and Crossbeam.
- Execute marketing campaigns end to end, including form builds, event setup, and campaign launches in HubSpot.
- Analyze campaign performance and turn form and event data into actionable reporting.
- Ensure commission accuracy in QuotaPath and resolve discrepancies before escalation.

## Requirements
- Hands-on HubSpot experience in a SaaS environment, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience building marketing forms, campaigns, and event setups from scratch.
- Track record of resolving routing, data, and commission issues independently.
- Comfort working across both sales and marketing operations.
- Experience maintaining CRM data cleanliness at scale and preventing data degradation.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Clay, Apollo, QuotaPath, or Crossbeam.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
