> The Director of Analytics & Reporting will build and lead a hands-on, centralized analytics function for value-based cardiology contracts, owning metric definitions, semantic data models, payer reporting, and executive dashboards. The role requires 8+ years of healthcare analytics experience and deep expertise in claims, clinical, and value-based care data.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own metric definitions and data quality standards across claims and operational data.
- Build and govern the semantic layer used by internal applications, executive reporting, and AI-assisted analysis.
- Produce recurring monthly and quarterly board reporting packages and executive performance dashboards.
- Track SLA and performance metrics across payer agreements, with early-warning indicators for contract risk.
- Build the clinical analytics foundation for quality measures, care gaps, medication adherence, utilization, site of-care analysis, condition-level cost, and risk stratification.
- Establish documentation, standards, and review practices that enable finance, clinical, and operations analysts to work independently from certified definitions.
- Distinguish deterministic, reconciled payer and board reporting from exploratory internal analysis.
- Write SQL and build models directly while setting standards and reviewing work.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, including ownership of an analytics or reporting function.
- Direct experience with value-based care mechanics, including risk contracts, shared savings, total cost of care, and quality reporting.
- Experience maintaining consistent metric definitions across applications, executive presentations, and payer submissions.
- Experience building executive- and board-level reporting.
- Experience delivering payer-partner reporting to contractual specifications.
- Track record of building a reporting function from scratch.
- Experience with claims and clinical data, including eligibility, member months, total cost of care, risk adjustment, quality measures, and utilization.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment with incomplete data and competing priorities.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

## Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Tuva healthcare data model or another open-source claims model.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Remote role in the United States, aligned with Eastern Time working hours.
- Periodic travel to Chamber offices may be required.
