## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source and personally engage passive GTM candidates, including Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations talent.
- Build and execute targeted search strategies for hard-to-fill GTM roles rather than managing high-volume requisitions.
- Own full-cycle recruiting from candidate list development and outreach through offer and close.
- Partner with GTM hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate expectations against market conditions, and adjust search strategies.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.
- Provide market insight on GTM talent availability and compensation.
- Use AI tools to improve sourcing strategy and accelerate research.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years recruiting for GTM roles such as Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
- Demonstrated success personally sourcing and closing most hires through outbound outreach, including passive candidates.
- Experience managing 10+ concurrent GTM searches.
- Direct sourcing and recruiting experience across at least two of Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations.
- Strong GTM business acumen and the ability to assess talent within specific GTM functions.
- Regular, self-directed use of AI tools for sourcing or search strategy, with specific examples of workflow improvements.
- Ability to operate independently as an individual contributor without direct reports.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: **$142,000–$170,000 USD**, or equivalent in local currency, depending on experience and market rate.
