## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market searches end-to-end, from kickoff and market mapping through offer and close.
- Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into candidate profiles and search strategies.
- Identify bottlenecks and risks, push for decisions, and keep searches moving.
- Build pipelines through targeted outbound sourcing, referrals, networks, and creative sourcing.
- Assess GTM talent and develop a strong point of view on candidate quality.
- Conduct high-signal screens and provide clear recommendations to hiring managers.
- Use funnel data to diagnose problems and improve hiring velocity.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience while operating at startup speed.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant GTM, sales, or commercial hiring.
- Experience delivering hiring outcomes in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong outbound sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, NextPlay, and other modern platforms.
- Ability to independently manage multiple searches and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strong command of recruiting metrics and funnel analysis.
- Demonstrated autonomy, urgency, resourcefulness, judgment, accountability, and adaptability.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $120,000–$180,000, plus quarterly commission and equity.
- Four days per week in the San Francisco Financial District office.
