## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on strategic opportunities and own the technical strategy for complex enterprise deals.
- Lead technical discovery covering customer objectives, architecture, workflows, integrations, security requirements, and technical constraints.
- Translate requirements into solutions using AI capabilities, APIs, integrations, automation, and the broader platform.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations tied to customer use cases and measurable business outcomes.
- Position AI-powered customer service capabilities for technical, executive, and business audiences.
- Architect and lead hands-on AI proofs of concept and technical evaluations.
- Serve as technical lead for pilots and evaluations, managing dependencies and troubleshooting challenges.
- Design integrations with customers' existing systems and applications using APIs and extensibility capabilities.
- Build credibility with Engineering, IT, Security, Operations, and Architecture teams, as well as C-level executives.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to share customer insights and influence the roadmap.
- Develop reusable technical patterns, demonstrations, and best practices.
- Provide senior technical mentorship to other team members when appropriate.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven success partnering with sales teams on complex enterprise opportunities.
- Experience designing and demonstrating solutions involving AI, automation, and complex business workflows.
- Hands-on experience implementing or integrating AI-powered products, leading proofs of concept, and evaluating AI quality, performance, and impact.
- Strong understanding of modern AI concepts, capabilities, tradeoffs, and limitations.
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows, integrations, and modern SaaS architectures.
- Experience with REST APIs and independently prototyping or troubleshooting integrations.
- Strong software design and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect technical capabilities to customer experience, efficiency, productivity, and ROI.
- Curious, hands-on approach to experimenting with AI and solving customer problems.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with customer service, support, contact center, CRM, communications, or workflow automation platforms.
