## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source and recruit YouTube creators and podcasts across sports, politics, news, finance, and culture.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to creators, agents, and management teams.
- Negotiate sponsorships, integrations, and long-term creator partnerships.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities based on audience quality, economics, and customer acquisition potential.
- Own relationships with creators from first outreach through execution and renewal.
- Constantly test new categories, formats, and creators to improve performance.
- Build systems to scale creator sourcing and outreach as Kalshi's partnership program grows.
- Work closely with Growth, Brand, Creative, and Partnership teams to maximize campaign performance.

## Requirements
- Passion for sports, politics, media, internet culture, or financial markets.
- Exceptional work ethic and persistence.
- Strong negotiation skills and sound business judgment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage hundreds of simultaneous conversations.
- Comfortable operating with ambitious goals and little structure.
- Excited to own outcomes rather than simply execute tasks.
- Experience buying or managing YouTube sponsorships or creator partnerships.
- Background in influencer marketing, media buying, talent partnerships, creator economy, or business development.

## Compensation
**NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure**  
Salary Range: $150,000 to $250,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This salary range is based on the current available market data, and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
