## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Generate top-of-funnel leads through cold calls, text messages, email, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other outreach methods.
- Research target accounts and craft personalized outreach in collaboration with the growth team.
- Develop creative methods, channels, and strategies to guide prospects to a free trial.
- Help define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics.
- Execute against monthly goals.
- Monitor new signups and engage prospects directly to schedule meetings with the sales organization.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a high-growth startup.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience engaging customers and prospects.
- Interest in technology, particularly data.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.

## Compensation
- On-target earnings: $100,000 annually.
- Base salary: $70,000 annually.
- Meaningful equity compensation through ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
