Senior Manager, Finance - Sales, GTM

Leads demand, capacity, pricing, and financial modeling for AI compute and power infrastructure, translating market and deal data into deployment and capital allocation recommendations for senior executives. Requires 7+ years of quantitative planning or finance experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Size the total addressable market for AI compute, including buyers, compute consumption, demand trends, and whether data center and power supply can support projected demand.
  • Build and maintain long-term forecasts for AI compute and power capacity demand using market dynamics, product mix, signed contracts, and renewal and churn assumptions.
  • Track customer segment mix changes and assess their business implications.
  • Recommend the mix of colocation, fully owned builds, and Spark modular deployments for different segments and demand profiles.
  • Feed deployment recommendations into capital allocation and investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain the canonical pricing forecast model using demand volatility, ramp timing, and supply-chain constraints.
  • Track forecast accuracy and explain the drivers of forecast variances.
  • Build financial analyses for build-ahead versus build-to-order decisions at the portfolio level.
  • Prepare market, deployment, and scaling analyses for the CFO, Board, and executive audiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply or capacity planning, or quantitative finance, ideally in cloud infrastructure, data centers, semiconductors, or another capital-intensive, forecast-driven business.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to develop credible market views using incomplete data.
  • Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques, including time series, regression, and scenario modeling.
  • Experience synthesizing external market and competitive information with internal deal-level data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a record of turning quantitative analysis into narratives that influence senior decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or a related analytical field.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or master's degree in Analytics.
  • AI infrastructure domain expertise.
  • Experience with SQL and/or BigQuery.

  • Compensation range of $195,000-$235,000 plus bonus.
