## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Launch Oscilar’s marketing presence across LATAM and EMEA from zero.
- Build and execute regional outbound campaigns using Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, and Cargo.
- Localize messaging and campaign assets for regional audiences, including tone, language, and compliance nuances.
- Design segmented plays by market, persona, and account tier.
- Partner with BDRs and Sales on regional outbound strategy, follow-up workflows, pipeline generation, and account penetration.
- Launch and manage paid campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, local publications, and industry directories.
- Own ad creative, landing pages using Framer or equivalent, targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- Plan and execute regional webinars, conferences, trade shows, meetups, executive roundtables, dinners, and field events.
- Manage the full event lifecycle, including sourcing, promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Research and prioritize target markets and accounts within LATAM and EMEA.
- Build regional account lists using intent data, market research, and local knowledge.
- Adapt positioning and value propositions for regional buyers, pain points, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes.
- Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities with regional partners, integrators, and industry groups.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and report pipeline contribution by market.
- Iterate rapidly based on campaign results and build a repeatable regional marketing playbook.

## Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation marketing.
- Experience launching marketing programs in new regions or markets without an established playbook.
- Hands-on experience across outbound, paid acquisition, and events.
- Track record of generating pipeline in international markets.
- Fluency with modern growth tools and the ability to build landing pages, set up outbound sequences, launch paid campaigns, and organize webinars.
- Ability to manage multiple markets and campaigns in parallel.
- Fluent English.
- Deep familiarity with business culture and buying behavior in LATAM and/or EMEA.
- Ability to localize messaging beyond direct translation.
- Comfort operating independently and building account lists, campaign plans, and market-entry strategies from incomplete data.

## Nice-to-haves
- Spanish or Portuguese proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience marketing to financial institutions or regulated industries in LATAM or EMEA.
- Experience at a company in the $5M–$50M ARR scaling phase.
- Experience running regional webinar programs or field events across multiple countries.
- Experience building outbound campaigns in non-English-speaking markets.
- Familiarity with GDPR, LGPD, and other regional data privacy regulations.
