## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own international paid acquisition end to end, including funded users, customer acquisition cost, payback period, and trading volume across markets.
- Build and manage the global channel mix, using programmatic advertising as a scaled foundation and testing non-traditional acquisition channels.
- Prioritize markets based on unit economics, adoption signals, competitive dynamics, and operating requirements; localize the full user experience.
- Build measurement infrastructure for an on-chain product, including wallet-level attribution, on-chain conversion tracking, geographic holdouts, and incrementality testing.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to clear creatives and campaigns against local requirements.
- Support creator partnerships, affiliate and referral programs, on-chain incentives, and community-led growth.
- Own forecasting, budget allocation, channel-mix modeling, and reporting infrastructure across markets.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
- Track record of scaling spend efficiently and owning acquisition outcomes.
- Deep programmatic advertising expertise, including supply path optimization, inventory quality, fraud mitigation, and audience strategy across multiple markets.
- Experience running multi-market, multi-language campaigns and evaluating international unit economics.
- Hands-on experience with crypto and on-chain products, including wallets, chains, stablecoins, and on-ramps.
- Experience in compliance-heavy or regulated categories.
- Strong analytical foundation in attribution, incrementality testing, geographic experiments, and cohort economics.
- Experience building a channel or market from zero.

## Nice-to-haves
- Growth experience at a crypto exchange, wallet, or consumer on-chain product.
- Background in trading, prediction markets, or financial products.
- Experience running creator or affiliate programs with performance-based compensation.
- Familiarity with on-chain analytics and attribution tools.
- Technical range including SQL or programmatic SEO.
- Additional languages or experience living and working in a prioritized international market.
