## Job Description

## Outcomes
- Work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
- Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
- Implement the technical strategy in the account.
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
- Gain peers' respect through experience, insight, and contributions.

## Competencies
- Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to success.
- Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts.
- Experience building relationships with executives and influencers.
- Present a convincing point of view to decision-makers.
- **Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science**.
- Ability in data-driven business transformation.
- **Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java**.
- Experience practicing live/vibe coding sessions with stakeholders.
- **Nice to have: Databricks Certification**.
