## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant and trusted advisor to customers, building relationships and demonstrating business value from data and recommendations.
- Engage new customers on business initiatives, product value, and adoption.
- Deliver scoped enablement engagements for strategic customers through virtual and on-site sessions.
- Conduct Fullstory-driven analyses, synthesize data, and present insights across industries, products, and use cases.
- Present actionable recommendations that increase digital maturity and drive organizational change.
- Advise customers on data-maturity best practices and design project plans aligned with technical skills, timelines, and business goals.
- Summarize technical deliverables and insights for customers through email and meetings, translating findings into opportunities and actions.
- Represent customer trends and needs within Consulting Services and across Fullstory.
- Use AI tools to identify patterns in session and journey data and accelerate preparation of insight summaries and customer readouts.

## Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Consulting experience managing customer projects and relationships.
- Ability to provide proactive points of view and advise clients on industry best practices.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, SaaS, and eCommerce.
- Experience building integrations, innovative solutions, or open-source projects.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Fullstory or other digital experience or product analytics tools.
- Advanced understanding of customer experience, user research, voice of customer, UX, or product management practices.
- Collaborative, inclusive, and entrepreneurial approach.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD.
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary, contingent on company performance.
