## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work in a cross-functional team alongside product managers, designers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end features
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and cloud technologies
- Design and build intuitive user interfaces and integrate them with robust backend APIs to deliver seamless member experiences
- Contribute to feature ideation, technical design, and implementation, translating business requirements into scalable solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, following best practices for performance, security, and reliability
- Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues while continuously improving system performance and stability

## Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience building and maintaining high-quality, performant web applications using **Next.js**, **React**, and **Tailwind CSS**
- Experience designing and developing APIs (**RESTful services** preferred)
- Experience building solutions leveraging **Large Language Models**
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset with a strong desire to learn, iterate, and improve continuously
