> The Supply Chain Solutions Consultant partners with sales teams to discover planning challenges, design solutions, and deliver tailored demonstrations and workshops for operational and executive stakeholders. The role requires enterprise pre-sales experience, strong supply chain planning expertise, and familiarity with planning platforms.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to shape prospect and client visions around supply chain planning.
- Discover supply chain planning challenges, including demand forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory planning, and capacity planning.
- Build relationships with operations, supply chain, and finance stakeholders.
- Challenge legacy planning tools and demonstrate integrated, agile planning approaches.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations covering demand planning, supply planning, scenario modeling, and supply chain–finance alignment.
- Facilitate discovery and visioning workshops with supply chain and finance stakeholders.
- Present proposed solutions to executive audiences, including VP Supply Chain, CFO, and COO stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to communicate market needs, inform the product roadmap, and improve customer experience.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.

## Requirements
- Proven pre-sales experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role with enterprise planning tools and a supply chain dimension.
- Experience with platforms such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Board, or comparable tools.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including S&OP/IBP, demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, or supply network planning.
- Background or degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to translate complex planning challenges into clear product demonstrations for operational and executive audiences.
- Comfortable engaging supply chain planners, operations managers, finance business partners, and C-level executives.
- Experience in CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing.
- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
