## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-layered recruiting organization of recruiting managers and individual contributors supporting 100–200+ Engineering and IT requisitions across India and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
- Coach managers and individual contributors through clear expectations, operating cadences, and development plans.
- Own senior and executive-level technical searches, including Vice President and C-suite-adjacent roles.
- Set sourcing, talent pipeline, and market strategies for hard-to-fill roles in AI, machine learning, generative AI, security, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Advise Engineering and IT leaders on organization design, workforce planning, compensation considerations, talent availability, and hiring priorities.
- Define hiring metrics and reporting, identify risks and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for predictable, high-quality hiring.
- Partner with People Business Partners, Compensation, Finance, and recruiting leaders on headcount strategy, process improvements, tooling, and company-wide talent priorities.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging; improve candidate and hiring-team experiences; and support effective all-remote collaboration.

## Requirements
- Experience leading recruiting in high-growth technology companies and enterprise-scale or similarly complex hiring environments.
- Experience managing recruiting managers or leading a multi-layered recruiting organization with accountability for team performance and development.
- Deep experience recruiting Engineering and IT talent from individual contributor through senior and executive leadership levels.
- Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and close passive candidates for senior technical and leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of India’s technology talent market and experience setting hiring strategy across India and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
- Experience leading distributed teams and large, multi-portfolio hiring plans while advising senior leaders through growth and organizational change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for advising senior leaders.
- Data-informed recruiting experience, including hiring metrics, dashboards, market intelligence, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Greenhouse.
