## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Prepare project financial reports adhering to project controls best practices.
- Ensure accuracy of cost allocations and monitor purchase orders for cost coding.
- Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Track project actuals and EAC against baseline budgets.
- Monitor progress against milestones and identify potential issues and risks.
- Provide regular status report updates to project managers and stakeholders on project progress, including budget and schedule.
- Maintain organized project documentation.
- Review project and estimate cash flows, contract terms, and change orders in detail for financial impact and opportunities.
- Effectively utilize the right data, reports, and tools for analysis and benchmarking.

## Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in cost controls or financial analysis.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and balance responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, or engineering industry.
