## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and leadership teams to develop talent strategies supporting growth.
- Serve as a consultant and counselor to leaders and their organizations.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, performance management, and skills assessment and development.
- Own implementation of career architecture and leveling frameworks, translating total rewards strategy into structures that client groups understand and apply.
- Ensure consistent application of leveling, promotion criteria, and compensation messaging across HR business partners and client groups.
- Create, review, and analyze metrics related to retention, employee experience, performance management, and employee trends; recommend improvements.
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve People processes, analyze workforce data, automate appropriate administrative tasks, and enhance employee experience.
- Address employee relations matters, conduct investigations, mitigate risks, and provide fair and equitable guidance.
- Maintain knowledge of employment-law requirements and support regulatory compliance.
- Act as a trusted, confidential HR resource for employees.

## Requirements
- 2–5 years of HRBP experience in a technology company, primarily in software; SaaS experience preferred.
- Experience directly supporting Engineering and/or Product leaders as an embedded HRBP.
- Direct ownership of compensation and leveling, including career architecture, job-leveling frameworks, or compensation bands.
- Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency, analysis, productivity, and business problem-solving.
- Achievements in coaching, influencing, and problem-solving.
- Strong judgment and experience coaching senior leaders.
- Broad HR knowledge, including employee relations, learning, and performance management.
- Self-starter and collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

## Nice to have
- Experience supporting shift-based teams.
- Familiarity with international compensation complexity, particularly Mexico and/or Brazil.
