## Job Description

## What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a global employer brand strategy that aligns with business goals and hiring needs across North America, EMEA, APAC.
- Partner with design and marketing teams to produce engaging recruitment marketing content, including employee spotlight videos, blog posts, and career site updates.
- Own and optimize presence on key talent platforms.
- Build an internal employee ambassador program, equipping team members with tools and content to share authentic experiences online.
- Track, analyze, and report on branding campaign performance and platform engagement, using data to optimize approach.
- End-to-end planning and execution of global recruiting event calendar, including industry conferences, hackathons, university fairs, and internal hiring mixers.
- Handle all event logistics: vendor negotiations, booth design, swag production, shipping, travel coordination, and on-site management.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and regional business leaders to ensure cohesive event messaging and optimized staffing.
- Ensure every event touchpoint delivers a premium, inclusive, and memorable candidate experience.
- Establish KPIs for events (leads generated, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and conduct post-event debriefs.

## Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and/or event management, preferably with global or multi-regional scope.
- Proven track record managing complex, large-scale events and conferences from ideation to post-event follow-up.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, social media strategy, and content creation for talent attraction.
- Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple campaigns and events across time zones.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 25-30% of the time.
