## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design AI-powered workflows for audit and assurance.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate audit processes into scalable product capabilities.
- Work directly with audit firms to understand workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities.
- Identify edge cases, controls, and quality requirements for professional services workflows.
- Collaborate with the machine learning team to develop AI agent capabilities for document analysis, testing procedures, and evidence evaluation.
- Help rethink audit processes and shape how AI can augment professional judgment.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA license, or a Master's degree in Accounting.
- 8–10+ years of audit experience at a leading public accounting firm, at Senior Manager level or above.
- Experience auditing financial statements end to end, including designing and executing audit workpapers across financial statement areas.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with audit planning and risk assessment, evaluating internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), substantive testing across key balance sheet and income statement areas, and reviewing financial statements and disclosures.
- Experience working across multiple clients and industries.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex accounting concepts into clear product requirements.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to focus on high-impact work.
