## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### GTM Analysis & Decision Support
- Deliver decision-ready analysis across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, including pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign and channel performance, cohort and retention analysis, and GRR/NRR drivers.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders to scope questions, frame recommendations, and support decisions.
- Translate ambiguous stakeholder questions into clear, testable analytical approaches.

### Data Modeling & Quality
- Build and maintain dbt models and marts for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success domains.
- Use Salesforce as a core source system and manage CRM data modeling.
- Own data quality, documentation, source-of-truth tables, and QA for the analytics domain.

### Lighthouse & Agentic Analytics
- Contribute to Lighthouse, a BI-as-code platform for version-controlled dashboards, metrics, and semantic models.
- Help shape analytics workflows using AI agents to accelerate analysis and automate recurring reporting.
- Evaluate where AI can replace manual analyst work and where human analysis remains necessary.

### Ways of Working
- Operate in two-week sprints and prioritize a personal backlog against team OKRs.
- Provide proactive stakeholder updates and own deliverables through completion.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, including meaningful experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success at a fast-growing company.
- Expert SQL and hands-on dbt experience modeling go-to-market data.
- Python experience for analysis and automation.
- Experience using Salesforce as a data source, including familiarity with CRM objects, fields, and modeling considerations.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks, including Fivetran or similar extraction and loading tools and cloud data warehouses.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working with ambiguity, fast iteration, and two-week sprints.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Experience with modern BI tools such as Sigma, Hex, Tableau, or Looker.
- Understanding of governed semantic layers, self-service dashboards, and BI-as-code approaches.
- Experience using AI agents or LLM tools to accelerate analysis.
- Experience with Claude Code, Codex, or a similar coding agent.
- Staff-level scope, including ownership of large or ambiguous problems and a track record of setting technical direction.
