## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People Business Partner for the EMEA go-to-market leadership team, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Coach and partner with managers and leaders across EMEA to build and grow high-performing teams.
- Lead multi-country change initiatives, including reorganizations, compensation cycles, and policy rollouts, from strategy through communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters across the United Kingdom, Spain, and Israel.
- Use workforce data, including attrition, engagement, and performance metrics, to develop actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with the broader People team on company-wide employee experience programs.
- Advise on HR policies and practices across the United Kingdom, Spain, and Israel.
- Incorporate AI and automation into HR workflows to improve efficiency.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR or People roles, including 5+ years as a dedicated People or HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting Sales or go-to-market organizations preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices in the United Kingdom, Spain, and Israel.
- Deep experience in at least two of the following: talent management, employee relations, employee experience, compensation, organizational development, or HR policy.
- Track record of leading through ambiguity and owning multi-country initiatives end to end.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Sound commercial judgment and empathy.
- Fluency with AI and automation tools.
- Excellent direct communication skills.
