## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the Shared Services product roadmap end to end, including themes, sequencing, milestones, and compliance checkpoints.
- Map foundational capabilities, current state, and delivery risks across the vertical.
- Translate compliance obligations and ambiguous customer needs into clear, sequenced, engineer-ready requirements.
- Drive delivery across concurrent regulated workstreams while maintaining quality standards.
- Establish and run planning, triage, risk-tracking, and stakeholder-update cadences.
- Partner with Engineering, Compliance, and go-to-market teams to manage dependencies, tradeoffs, and customer-gating milestones.
- Define and track compliance checkpoints that keep product flows defensible without stalling delivery.
- Build instrumentation and feedback loops for repeatable prioritization and compliance tracking.
- Anticipate regulatory and customer obligations and incorporate them into the roadmap.
- Reduce recurring engineering load through better sequencing and reusable capabilities.

## Requirements
- Experience owning product roadmaps and requirements in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work across product, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market stakeholders.
- Experience turning complex or incomplete obligations into shippable product work.
- Strong prioritization, sequencing, risk-management, and stakeholder-communication skills.
- Ability to reason about regulated financial infrastructure and make clear product tradeoffs.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in fintech, compliance, or risk.
- Familiarity with stablecoin infrastructure, including issuance, custody, settlement, and on-chain movement.
- Familiarity with identity and due-diligence flows, third-party risk controls, regulatory reporting, or travel-rule requirements.
