## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 6-8 Strategic Account Executives focused on revenue growth and cross-selling Twilio’s products to existing named accounts in the Healthcare regulated vertical across North America.
- Be customer focused, metrics driven, and embrace a consultative sales philosophy.
- Help team build and progress pipeline, execute complex deals, and lead strategic prospect and customer meetings.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, provide tactical and strategic deal guidance, motivation, and career development.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable weekly forecast information to upper management.
- Talk to application owners, software engineering leaders, product managers, entrepreneurs, and line of business owners about building their businesses and driving innovation in customer communications.
- Share best practices and knowledge with the extended team.
- Manage forecasting, support fiscal planning, and revenue tracking for major accounts.
- Develop strong consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.

## Qualifications
**Required:**
- 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience, with 4+ years managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives within the Enterprise segment.
- Demonstrated track record of success and comfort selling a platform or SaaS (experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking, or other communication solutions preferred).
- Customer focused, metrics driven, embraces a consultative sales philosophy.
- Experience building high performing sales teams, managing forecasting, and supporting fiscal planning and revenue tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Data driven methodology and quantitative analytical skills, including pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent time management/prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

**Desired:**
- Experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking and other communication solutions.

## Compensation
- This role is eligible to earn commissions and may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan.
- Estimated pay ranges (for eligible locations only):
  - Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont: $185,760 - $232,200.
  - Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay Area): $196,080 - $245,100.
  - New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $206,400 - $258,000.
- Benefits include health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
