## Job Description

## Growth and Retention Strategy
- Define and operationalize Account Management strategy focused on retention and churn reduction across segments and regions.
- Build and execute playbooks for key churn drivers.
- Size opportunities and build business cases for coverage models, book construction, and engagement plays for existing sellers.

## Revenue Operations & Performance Management
- Build and maintain operational cadence for AM org including book building, account assignment, pipeline hygiene, and rules of engagement.
- Partner with Data Science and Finance to define KPIs, build dashboards, and run WBR/MBRs for performance analysis and post-initiative reviews.
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.

## Operational Automation & AI-Driven Experimentation
- Streamline and automate manual Account Management work such as book building, Slack triage, data enrichment, reporting, and workflows.
- Partner with CRM to build event-driven automations and AI agents across GTM stack (Salesforce, Clay, workflow tools).
- Partner with Product/Eng to provide real-time visibility into seller health, churn risk, and expansion signals.
- Stay current with AI-native GTM tooling and integrate proven approaches.

## Cross-Functional Execution & Program Management
- Lead cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Customer Support, and Account Management.
- Translate business goals into technical requirements and documentation (PRDs/BRDs).
- Break initiatives into pilots, manage roadmap, and drive delivery with leadership and stakeholders.
- Frame initiatives for buy-in, define milestones in fast-paced environment.

## Requirements
- 5+ years in strategy and operations, revenue/sales operations, GTM strategy, business operations, or management consulting (ideally SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth tech).
- Builder's bias toward action; energized by blank canvas and shipping prototypes.
- Hands-on experience automating workflows with Salesforce, Clay, Zapier, n8n or similar; experience connecting systems via APIs.
- Hands-on with Salesforce, Looker, Snowflake (or equivalents): pull data, generate insights.
- Experience documenting business/technical requirements (PRDs/BRDs) and partnering with technical teams.
- Solid understanding of Account Management or GTM motions: coverage models, segmentation, pipeline, retention/expansion levers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; influence without authority.
- Comfort with ambiguity, low-ego ownership mindset.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in FinTech or payments industry.
- Familiarity with AI agents and frontier GTM tooling.
